Dhamma Talk by Richard Jones tonight

Dear friends,

 

A quick reminder that Richard Jones will be presenting the second talk in our Lent 2007 lecture series in the Camden House Drawing Room, Emmanuel College at 7.30PM tonight. 

 

This second talk in the series follows on by exploring the nature of a solution to the inherent problems facing us human beings, and the Buddha's guidance on leading a moral life - the Eightfold Noble Path, and beyond..

Reminder - Richard Jones talk TONIGHT 7.30PM EMMA

Dear friends,

a quick reminder that Richard Jones will be presenting the first talk in our Lent 2007 lecture series in the Camden House Drawing Room, Emmanuel College at 7.30PM tonight. 

This talk will present the basic concepts behind the first and second Noble truths - namely the suffering inherent to our existence as human beings and the causes behind it.

Richard Jones is an experienced meditation teacher from the London Buddhist Vihara and his talks come highly recommended for their accessibility, clarity and insight.

The talk is of course free, but small contributions towards our costs will be gratefully accepted.

Richard Jones Lent 2007 dhamma talk series

Dear friends,

 The Cambridge University Buddhist Society is happy to welcome back Richard Jones, the highly experienced meditation teacher from the London Buddhist Vihara, to present a series of four dhamma talks across this term.

The talks will run on alternate Wednesdays at 7.30pm and be held in the Drawing Room in Camden House, Emmanuel College. They are all free, but small contributions to our costs are always welcomed.
